Why do you work at Hotel VICTORIA?
I come from Russia and worked there in a hotel called "Victoria". I am happy that I am taking my first steps into the profession in Germany again with VICTORIA - I find it symbolic and I am happy to work together with people who are in love with what they do. I was very warmly welcomed into the team and find support from all my colleagues here. That's great and makes my start very pleasant.

My term is DEVELOPMENT
I think it's important to have opportunities for development in your job, to always be able to learn something new and to be able to contribute new ideas yourself.
