In November young refugees had the unique opportunity to work for one day in various professions to find out what they want to do with their future. The project “Sprungbrett into work” helped the refugees to find companies which showed them a typical day in their profession.

For one whole week the refugees attended our staff in their tasks and challenges, e.g. the service at the breakfast, the tasks in the kitchen and the minibar-service.

All in one it was a really exciting project for us and we hope we could show these young people first impressions how a hotel works. We wish every one of them the best for their future and say thank you to all participants. This project wouldn't have been possible without real teamwork.
